In any great hack, speed and convenience reduce formerly tedious, mind-numbing tasks into relatively easy operations. This appears to be the case with Volodymyr Kurbatov's tips on hand sketching numerous POVs/scenarios for virtual reality simulations. He breaks down the process with helpful diagrams and downloadable templates, explaining in his distinctive syntax: I’m an old fashion guy who likes taking the pencil first. So I tried to use 360 panorama grid to align my sketches to wide angle view. It was looking not very spectacular, till I scanned it and put on my face. And it is working! Apartment building Prule is located on the riverbank of Ljubljanica river, in a protected neighborhood of villas from 1930’s, bordering the city centre. It replaces an older structure, a villa that once stood on the site. The AIA announced last Friday that Philadelphia architect Alan Greenberger will receive the 2017 Thomas Jefferson Award for architectural advocacy and achievement. On the same day, the AIA selected the  Enterprise Rose Architectural Fellowship and Lawrence Scarpa for the 2017 Collaborative Achievement Award, which recognizes “distinguished collaborative achievements between allied professionals, clients, organizations, and knowledge communities that have positively impacted and advanced the profession”. Mann Center for the Performing Arts, one of Alan Greenberger's notable projects in Philadelphia. Formerly a principal at MGA Partners, Greenberger served as both Philadelphia Deputy Mayor and chairman of the City Planning Commission. He spearheaded the Philadelphia2035 initiative to rewrite the city’s antiquated zoning code, and also completed and approved plans to redevelop the city's 37-mile waterfront. Due to the increase in capital in Tehran (the capital of Iran), most interior projects are a product of demolition of the existing buildings and their replacement with a brand new design which has caused negative impacts on the environment, during the past years. On the other hand, the considered location for this project was rented for a limited time, therefore, minimizing the negative effects of demolition through keeping the existing walls, choosing wood and iron as the materials with the potential to return to the life cycle, designing details capable of being easily assembled and disassembled with the potential to be repeated in the future branches to avoid budget and recourse waste are considered the main issues in interior design of this restaurant. Unemployed? Well, you shouldn't be: according to the AIA Consensus Construction Forecast, non-residential building projects are predicted to be strong throughout 2017, which means that design talent is currently in  high demand . As AIA Chief Economist Kermit Baker explains in a press release, "virtually every segment of the design and construction market is reporting that recruiting and retaining qualified staff is a growing issue.
