After finding a dicrepit machine shop off the beaten path, a gallery owner asked Wheeler Kearns Architects to take a look. The façade was disheveled and the roof was rotting but after discovering a rear courtyard, they were sold. What if city planners and neighborhoods had an early warning system that could sniff out the changes just as they begin?
