EGLA-MONO 4832

To spice up the LAPD MTD+MSP Parking Garage, JFAK Architects opted to create a unique façade made from woven wire mesh. Additionally the façade concept showed a leaf design and an undulating shape. To realize the undulating form of the façade, the wire mesh panels, which are made from EGLA-MONO 4832, are split into vertically and horizontally tensioned elements. In total there are 34 vertical panels measuring up to 13,500 millimeters long and 2,440 millimeters wide. The horizontal canopy consists of 12 panels with a maximum length of 5,750 millimeters in the same width. , Architizer Editors, read more http://ift.tt/2aC5fEw
