The Design School at the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University (ASU) invites applications for a Lecturer in Architecture position. This will be a nine-month, non-tenure-track appointment beginning fall 2020. This position is renewable on an annual basis contingent upon availability of resources, satisfactory performance, and the needs of the unit. Going beyond borders, oceans, and thinking of the continents as a continuous entity comes from this vision. Fifty years later, we face the existential threat of ecological disaster, and maybe revisiting the whole earth project seems like a way of recapturing that drive.
