The brief of this project is a low-cost family house for the clients (a young couple expecting two children). We designed a small but flexible space for the couple, where they can make alterations when new members of the family join in the near future. Building a gentrification early warning system with big data

What if city planners and neighborhoods had an early warning system that could sniff out the changes just as they begin?
