Archinect and Bustler compiled a snappy list of noteworthy happenings around town that are worth checking out.

Check back regularly so you don't miss out on our latest event recommendations. Here are this week's LA picks.

Live Filming: Rad, Bad, and Sad (Talk Show) | December 4, recommended by Nicholas Korody

Materials & Applications is something of an LA-architecture institution. Right now, they have an interesting exhibit up in their courtyard space: "a contemporary update on the aesthetic principles of early 19th century English landscape architecture". Head over on Sunday night for some "bantering" on past exhibitions held at the space with Joseph Adam Dunn and Ben Warwas.
