Log cabin “camp” on the Yellow Dog Plains of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula under 7 feet of snow in 1996. 

Not pictured: knocking most of that snow off the roof and running snowmobiles over the cabin.  With all but one gable window buried in snow, it was rather dark inside, but well insulated from the -30° overnight temps.
