This week's picks for LA architecture and design events

We could've sworn on Frank Lloyd Wright's ghost that October barely started, and yet Halloween is already upon us. Planning ahead for another busy week in Los Angeles? This week, the A+D Museum will have a two-day symposium about the ever-perplexing contemporary airport, and the L.A. Forum for Architecture and Urban Design will celebrate their 30th anniversary. Over in Chinatown, Mandarin Plaza will be temporarily taken over by local artists in “DOPIUM.LA”.

Read on for our latest architecture event picks for L.A., and check back regularly for more event recommendations.
