Steinberg Hart tops out tallest towers in San Jose
A development team that includes architects Steinberg Hart has topped out the first of two mixed-use residential towers in San Jose, California, part of a 630-unit development called MIRO that will rise as the city's tallest buildings.
Designed for Bayview Development Group and built by Suffolk Construction, the twin-towered development includes 50,000 square feet of amenity spaces, 15,000 square feet of retail spaces, and 10,000 square feet of offices.
The development includes 16 penthouse units as well as a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences. A statement announcing the project explains: "Residents are welcomed home through a street-level lobby experience that anchors the towers to the ground. The residences have been designed to have flexible spaces to create adaptable environments that each occupant is able to curate to their lifestyle."
